How long will it take to receive my art?

-Custom Epoxy orders take 3-5 days to create. Then 3-5 business days to ship. Please allow 14 days from the date of order.
-Print on demand prints, and in stock epoxy art usually ship within 1 business day.
-Digital downloads will be available within minutes. 

Are there any requirements for the photo I would like to have preserved?

-We require them to be digital. We do accept physical photos to use in our art. Not all photo prints do well in epoxy, but our prints of your digital photos preserve without issue.-
-Photos need to have a minimum resolution of 1440 by 1440
-Most smart phones will take photos that are far greater quality than required.
-There is a maximum file size of 50 mb. 

Will the “Focus” be centered?

-Our focus collection is created by hand. We are creating personalized art for you. With the Oval and rounded square, the centered look is almost always best. However, the heart focus is often more flexible. Feel free to guide our hand with the special instructions when selecting your product.
If no special instructions are given, our artists will capture the focal point of the memory within the focus, if we are unsure of how best to do that, we will reach out and contact you to ensure that our creation is to your satisfaction.

Does it protect the photos long-term?

-The Wisebond epoxy we use is specifically UV resistant. This will preserve your memory indefinitely with proper care. Though please note that they are not recommended for display in the direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
